SSY Guarding will be supplying the security at the The Norfolk Showground – Sat 27th & Sun 28th April 2013. Come and visit us at our stand
SSY have been appointed as the approved provider of all security solutions to the NFRN Mutual and its members, nationally. This is a great endorsement of the services we already provide locally and will continue to do so across all regions.
We have several contracts with Constabularies around the country which require us to secure premises, supply locksmiths, recover vehicles or even clean up crime scenes and repair security systems.
We deal directly with control rooms for any emergency requirements the police may ask of us following incidents. In our response centre, manned 24/7, staff use police log or storm numbers universally as a reference for any callout to ease tracking of attendance and liaison with the authorities.
A local contractor is dispatched and onsite within 30-60 minutes of our response centre receiving the call from the Police or indeed the Ambulance Service or Fire Brigade. All contractors carry SSY ID cards and are fully vetted by the relevant Constabulary.
Contractors will remain onsite whilst scene of crime officers complete their investigation, before securing the premises and possibly, where requested, even aid in crime scene clean up.
Fully Managed Emergency Boarding and Securing
One Number, One Call, we supply this service nationally dealing with everything from emergency callouts to full repairs, contractors to customers. All calls are logged on our own bespoke system with unique incident codes by our experienced fully vetted staff.
We work closely with the authorities, using a single point of contact for liaison and attend regular update meetings to discuss areas of improvement and concern, which in turn helps us deliver a good service and also helps reduce costs for the customer in question.
Monthly Management Reports help keep a track of trends and expenditure while all information received and dealt with in the course of carrying out any work is confidential under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989 and the Finance Act 1989 from our secure offices in Norwich.
